The Association of Serbian Winemakers and Vinegrowers (SVVS) organized a national wine competition called "Grand Serbian Wine Competition" on May 17th and 18th this year as part of St. Tryphon feast.

If we talk in numbers, 480 wine samples from 130 wineries from all wine regions of Serbia were registered for the competition. The wines competed within 8 categories, and 24 wine judges worked within 4 expert panels for 2 days. A demanding but at the same time extremely important task to make a cross-section of contemporary wine scene and to reward the highest quality wines in order to make it easier for our wine lovers to find their way through labels of domestic wines.

The announcement of winners and the award ceremony will be held at the Radisson Collection Hotel (Old Mill) in Belgrade on May 22nd, 2021 at 6 p.m.
