Maurer Winery from Hajdukovo (Subotica wine region) has launched an interesting project where they aim to unleash children's creativity and imagination and create a new label for their wine.

The assignment is to draw up a proposal for a wine label design. The choice of theme and technique is free. Children can use their creativity and imagination to create original drawings/paintings which might be eventually used as a wine label. The only hint or suggestion could be the choice of cool colors such as green and blue for white wine labels, while warm colors like red and orange are suitable for red wines. The main theme is "fruitiness". A child's imagination can interpret it as a fruit-dropping plane, a cheerful boy with a fruit headset, a playful ballerina with a fruity dress...

Therefore, the content and choice of technique are free, the dimensions of the drawings should be A4 or A3. The name and surname of the author, age and contact details of the parents (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, home address) should be written on the back of the drawing. Each participant in the competition can submit only one author's work. Make sure to write "CONTEST" on the envelope.

Who can participate?

- The competition is open to primary school pupils aged 7 to 14, individually or in groups

- There is no restriction on the place of residence of the participants in the competition.

- Only original works that have not previously participated in other similar competitions may be submitted.

Terms & Conditions:

- The competition runs from September 15th to October 31st, 2019.

- Participation is free.

- Dimensions of drawing/painting A4 or A3.

.- Artwork should be submitted in a sealed envelope to: Maurer Winery, Kaštelj put 4 / b, Hajdukovo 24414, Serbia or electronically to office@maurer.rs

- The envelope should read "CONTEST" next to the sender's name and address.

- On the back of the drawing/painting, participants should write the name of the author, year of birth, name and surname of the parents, telephone number, e-mail address, home address and title / subject of the drawing.

The results of the competition will be announced on November 30th, 2019 on the official facebook page of Maurer Winery.

Awards:

The competition organizer will select the best artwork. The winner of the competition will receive a valuable gift package from Maurer Winery, and the winning artwork will be applied on the new wine label of Maurer Winery.

The winners of the second and third place will be also awarded with a gift package from Maurer Winery. There is a possibility that these artworks may also be used for wine labels.

The organizer also reserves the right to award a special award.

Winners will be notified directly to the addresses indicated on the entry and their names will be posted on the official Facebook page of Maurer Winery.
