This year's celebration of International Prokupac Day in Župa was designed with the idea that in addition to the Prokupac Caravan, which will be held on October 10th on the plateau in front of the Museum of Winemaking and Viticulture, attention will also be drawn to the famous Župa vineyards.
Therefore, on Saturday, October 9th, 2021, in anticipation of Prokupac Day, the fifth edition of Župa Wine Race will be held, an event for running fans that will take them on 13km and 22km trails and introduce them to local vineyards and the best plots where Prokupac has grown for centuries. During the race, participants will have the opportunity to take a short break and refresh themselves at the stands of Župa wineries, and certainly to taste the best local Prokupac wines. The start of the race is at 11 am in front of the Museum of Viticulture and Winemaking, and the finish is in the center of Aleksandrovac near the fountain.

The organizer of Župa Wine Race is the association "Domovina" from Aleksandrovac.
